John C. Merlino is a zealous activist for many labor organizations. Mr. Merlino has helped organize many rallies on behalf of various Building Trade Unions. Mr. Merlino actively conducts educational lectures and seminars for shop stewards and apprentices regarding construction site safety and "knowing your rights" if injured on the job. Mr. Merlino is an active member of the New York Coalition for Occupational Safety & Health (NYCOSH) advocating for the rights of injured workers and work site safety. Mr. Merlino has published many articles on LaborPress.org addressing legal questions for workers who are injured on the job.
